What they say

She describes her career as that of a special victims prosecutor, and her campaign says she spent it protecting children and families.

“my roots in this community and career as a special victims prosecutor”

What the record shows · Sep 29, 2023

Her own work record lists her as an assistant prosecutor in Wayne County from January 2015 to December 2020, specializing in sexual assault cases of children and adults and child abuse cases. Washtenaw County's own page of prosecutor division chiefs listed "Christina Hines (Appeals and Special Victims)" in every saved copy from June 2021 to June 2023; by September 2023 it listed her for Appeals only, with another prosecutor heading Special Victims. A Court of Appeals filing from June 2021 names her as an attorney for the Washtenaw County Prosecutor's Office.

Limit: Her Wayne County years come from her own work record; no county personnel record was read. The county page is read from Internet Archive copies, because the live page no longer lists any division chiefs.
