What the record shows ·
Her candidate disclosure for January 1, 2024 to May 5, 2025, as amended on July 23, 2025 and again on May 15, 2026, lists 98 individual stocks in two retirement accounts and a brokerage account and values every one at None, so none was held on May 5, 2025. Her 2026 disclosure, whose period starts January 1, 2025, lists the same 98 at None and reports capital gains for 2025 on most of them, which places those sales between January and May 2025. What remains is funds, a savings account, a 529 plan, a rental house, and shares of Midi Health Inc., a private company, from exercised options the filing calls non-tradable. Her priorities page calls for a ban on members of Congress trading stocks.

Limit: A disclosure is the filer's own sworn report, not an audit. Her original 2025 report, filed June 4, 2025, valued 91 of these stocks as still held on May 5, 2025; she amended it twice, and the amended report is used here. The reports give ranges and years, not sale dates. Most of the sales fall between January 1 and May 5, 2025; the rest could have been in 2024 or 2025. The private Midi Health shares are an individual company holding, though not a traded stock.
