On September 16, 2026 the House agreed to the Senate's version of H.R. 5334, which carries the Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026, by 262 to 159 (Roll Call 308). Kean voted Yea. Republicans voted 203 to 7 and Democrats 58 to 152. It became Public Law 119-111.
