He voted Yea on July 22, 2026 when the House passed H.R. 7008, the Stop Insider Trading Act, 232 to 198 (Roll Call 280). The House text bars members, spouses and dependent children from buying publicly traded stock and requires public notice 7 to 14 days before any sale. It has not passed the Senate.
