His principal campaign committee holds two filings of any kind with the Federal Election Commission: a Form 1 statement of organization dated April 24, 2026, and a Form 99 dated July 8, 2026. That Form 99 is not a blank submission. It repeats the pledge to take no donor, lobbyist, Super PAC or party money, states that the campaign had not reached $5,000 raised or spent, and files that statement in place of a July quarterly report. No report of receipts and disbursements has ever been filed.
Limit: His own filed statement is stronger evidence than silence, and it is still not a reported zero: below five thousand dollars is not nothing, and the statement speaks only to July 8. What the record shows is his testimony and the absence of a financial report, not an audited figure.
The La Crosse County Clerk's official sample ballot for the November 3 election prints four candidates for this seat, plus an unnamed write-in line. Every candidate on this page is on that ballot, and nobody else is.
