All four figures are in the military construction table, section 4601, of the Fiscal Year 2024 defense authorization, Public Law 118-31, whose final version she voted for (roll call 723): $107,500,000 to extend a runway at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson and $34,000,000 to complete enlisted unaccompanied housing at Fort Wainwright, both in the President's budget request; and $9,500,000 to plan and design a permanent-party dormitory at Eielson Air Force Base and $6,100,000 to plan and design a precision-guided-missile complex at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, both added by Congress. The four sum to $157,100,000. Neither added amount was in the bill the House passed in July 2023. The same two projects, at the same amounts, were funded in that year's military construction appropriations as Senate congressionally directed spending: the Senate Appropriations Committee's report names Senator Lisa Murkowski as the requester of both, and the final explanatory statement, printed in the Congressional Record on March 5, 2024, lists her in its Senate column with no House requester. On those appropriations she voted Nay on the House's own bill in July 2023 (roll call 380) and Yea on the final package in March 2024 (roll call 64).

Limit: The amounts are real and she voted for the laws that carry them. The section 4601 figures are authorizations, which permit spending; the appropriations provide it. The published record names who asked for each amount, and it is not her: two were in the President's request, and the two Congress added were requested in the Senate by Senator Murkowski, with the House requester column blank. So the record shows the money arriving in bills she voted for, not that she delivered it. Whether “delivered” still earns this label is put to the owner.
