Social Security and Medicare

In short

Hines opposes benefit cuts and would lift the Social Security taxable-wage cap. Bouchard pledges to protect both programs and reduce waste and fraud. No position was found on Saliba’s checked pages or in Nkromo’s questionnaire. Kirby’s own position was not found; her party’s pension proposals are not treated as her personal pledge.

Campaign positions

What each campaign says.

Michael Bouchard

He says he will always protect Medicare and Social Security and will root out waste and fraud in them.

Mike Saliba

No position on Social Security or Medicare was found on his campaign site.

Kwabena Nkromo
