Andrea L. Kirby
Background
- Nominated by the Working Class Party at its June 2026 convention. The FEC lists her as a House candidate in Michigan in every cycle since 2018.
- In her 2020 statement she described herself as a Black worker, wife and mother who had lived in Michigan almost 22 years, most of them working at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, where she was active in the union.
What they say they want to do
- A voice in Congress for working people; she wrote in 2020 that change comes only when working people organize.
- A workers' party that fights inflation and fights for a job for everyone who wants one, as she said in an October 2024 speech as the party's 10th District candidate.
What the official record shows
She has not held public office that the desk could find, and her party's pages claim none.
Campaign money from other committees, by type
The FEC lists her as a candidate with no committee and no reports, so there are no filings to read.
