Was Juan Ciscomani Arizona’s most bipartisan member every year?

No assessment. The published 2023 House index places him ahead of Arizona’s other House members. That one annual, House-only table does not verify every year or a House-and-Senate comparison.

Bipartisanship: every-year Arizona ranking

No assessment

What they say

In the September 10 debate, Ciscomani said he had ranked as Arizona’s most bipartisan member every year he had been in office.

What the record shows

The complete 2023 Lugar Center–McCourt House index places Ciscomani 45th overall, with a score of 0.74924. He is ahead of all eight other Arizona House members in that table; the next Arizona member is Greg Stanton, 49th, at 0.62369. This establishes the Arizona House comparison for that published year.

Why there is no assessment here

The 2023 Arizona House result is supported. The every-year claim and a comparison across both chambers remain unverified.

Limit: The retrieved annual series does not establish the same result for 2024, 2025 and the 2026 debate date, or an Arizona comparison combining House and Senate members. A later Bridge grade and a legislative-effectiveness ranking use different methods and cannot fill those gaps. None of these limits disproves an unlocated annual ranking.
