In her single term she was a sponsor of three 2021 bills on testing water for lead: House File 504, on using grants-to-counties money for lead and copper testing in water supply systems, introduced February 15 and referred to Environmental Protection; House File 569, on water bottle filling stations and lead testing in school districts, introduced February 17 and referred to Education; and House File 594, on lead testing in water systems serving child care facilities and schools, introduced February 18 and referred to Education. She was the last-named of between four and six sponsors on each. None has any action recorded after its referral, and the histories close with the end of the 2021 session.

Limit: The three sponsorships move in the direction her platform states, on a narrower subject: they are about testing for lead and copper, while the platform sentence names PFAS, which none of them mentions. None became law, and the Iowa House was held by the other party in both years of her term, so no inference about her effectiveness follows from that. Nothing here is a federal record, because she has none.
