Two of his bills on federal reporting burdens passed the House: the Protect Small Business and Prevent Illicit Financial Activity Act (H.R. 5119) on December 12, 2023, and the Protect Small Businesses from Excessive Paperwork Act (H.R. 736) on February 10, 2025. Both were received in the Senate; neither became law. Six more of his measures passed the House on other subjects, two of them resolutions.
