What the record shows
Ohio's OneOhio plan for sharing opioid settlement money came together while she was director; the attorney general said in March 2020 that local leaders had signed on. The governor's office says it built the plan with the attorney general and local leaders. The first settlement payments reached local governments in July 2022.
