What the record shows ·
The Bipartisan Index, published by the Lugar Center and Georgetown University's McCourt School, ranked her 12th in the House for 2023, the first year of her first term, in rankings released May 14, 2024. The index scores how often a member's bills draw cosponsors from the other party and how often the member cosponsors the other party's bills.

Limit: One year's ranking, by a private publisher's formula rather than an official record. The publisher's Bipartisan Index page, read September 23, 2026, carries no House ranking later than 2023, so the present tense of the claim rests on that year.
