What they say

In the October 20 KCRG-TV9 debate, Miller-Meeks said she passed year-round E15 in the House, that it took years, and that it was bipartisan.

What the record shows · May 13, 2026

H.R. 1346, the Nationwide Consumer and Fuel Retailer Choice Act of 2025, was introduced by Representative Adrian Smith on February 13, 2025, and she is an original cosponsor. The House passed it 218 to 203 on May 13, 2026 (Roll Call 164), and she voted Yea. 122 Republicans, 95 Democrats and one independent voted Yea; 90 Republicans and 113 Democrats voted Nay. The Senate received it and referred it to its Environment and Public Works Committee. It is not law.

Limit: The House did pass the bill, she backed it from the day it was filed, and she voted for it. She is a cosponsor, not the sponsor, so "I passed" means she was one of 218 Yea votes. Members of both parties voted on each side. The bill has not passed the Senate, so year-round E15 is not law through this bill.
