Biography: citizenship anniversary

No assessment

What they say

In the September 10 debate, Ciscomani described 2026 as his twentieth year as a United States citizen.

What the record shows

His September 2025 House-office newsletter says he became a citizen on September 18, 2006 and was celebrating nineteen years. An August 2026 office report again describes him recounting citizenship twenty years earlier. These are consistent dated public accounts from his own office.

Why there is no assessment here

The 2006 date is a consistent first-person official-office account. Independent documentary corroboration of the naturalization date is not established by these sources.

Limit: The office publications independently establish what he has publicly said, rather than the naturalization date itself. No certificate or adjudicative record was inspected. September 10 precedes September 18, but his debate wording referred to the anniversary year.
