What the record shows · Jul 4, 2025

She voted Yea on passage of H.R. 1, the 2025 reconciliation act, on May 22, 2025 (215 to 214) and Aye on the final House vote on July 3, 2025 (218 to 214). It became Public Law 119-21 on July 4, 2025. The law extends the lower individual tax rates first enacted in 2017 (section 70101) and the deduction for qualified business income used by many small businesses (section 70105).

Limit: Her votes were on the whole act, which also changed spending, Medicaid and other programs. Who pays less, and how much, is not something a roll call shows.
