What the record shows · Apr 11, 2023

In 2021 he voted for HB 2649, which widened Arizona's tax breaks for computer data centers to cover the installation, repair and maintenance of their equipment. It passed the House 41-17, then 46-13 on final passage, and became law. In 2023 he voted for SB 1274, which changed the refund rules in that law; it passed 47-10.
